Chuck likes Pop Tarts
Reesey would have been on the table about .7 seconds after I left it. Chuck is a begger, Reesey is a grabber.

DVD player hack list
Pretty cool page I found through Hackaday. This is actually a site I found when I first got my DVD burner, but this page gives you a ton of hacks for a ton of different DVD players. I found a region-free hack that will allow me to play DVD's from any region on my new Gateway Connected DVD player. Of course all my DVDs are from the US so it doesn't matter. Pretty cool anyways.

Bloglines
Absolutely great service here. Almost every site I visit regularly now has an RSS feed to push out new content to me. Sign up and never be left behind on this site!
During a single day I use anywhere from 3 to 4 different computers so it’s wonderful to have one central place to check and read all my feeds. Plus with all the different setups there’s really only one common denominator, FireFox. The Bloglines Notifier extension works as advertised on both my PC's and Mac.
I tried NewsGator and FeedDemon but didn’t like either enough to pay for them. I used an RSS reader extension for FireFox (RSS Reader and then Sage) and liked them but when I would get to a dif computer I had to wade through all the items I had read elsewhere in order to find new stuff.
Bloglines is the most comprehensive, integrated service for searching, subscribing, publishing and sharing news feeds, blogs, and rich Web content. It's free and easy-to-use.
You can even view all of the feeds I subscribe to here!

iDebate
Someone has discovered the truth behind the bulge on Bush's back during the first debate. Pretty clever.
I haven't mentioned the bulge itself before because it's too moronic to bother. Some people are claiming that the photo posted here proves that George W. was receiving help during the debate. Morons.
It's the year 2004, if he was wired and communicating with someone during the debate he would've had a tiny ear piece and not some giant rectangular thing. Someone at Juiced Thoughts suggested it might be a bullet-proof vest. (via Joi Ito via Juiced Thoughts)

Top basketball recruit picks Texas
Shooting guard CJ Miles out of Dallas has committed to the Horns. Rivals has him ranked as the number six SG and the 26th overall player in the nation. Big pick up for Rick Barnes and the Texas basketball program.

Document titles and blips
Good stuff from both The Man in Blue and 456 Berea Street on titling your webpages. Before I had used BrianBehrend.com - Page but as someone pointed out, Windows then adds another - before the browser name. I like » a little better and will be using that from now on.

Ricky to meet with NFL
Ricky Williams and his representatives will meet with the NFL this week to try to clarify his options. Ricky wants back in the NFL (and he doesn't want to pay back $8.6 million) and he wants to find out if the league is going to let him.

Good source of tricks to push certain CSS to certain browsers. It'll definitely be needed to make this site not look like crap in IE.

On tape, Bonds on roids
Barry Bonds' personal trainer gets caught on tape saying he provided Bonds with an undetectable steroid. Suspend Bonds from baseball for life now so he won't catch Ruth or Aaron!

Engadget: TiVoToGo
They actually got a demo of the thing. They dropped the dongle, woohoo!
The functionality comes in the form of a free automatic update to any and all TiVo series 2 boxes; just add the TiVo Desktop application to your computer, get the two on your home network, and you’re ready to roll.

Navigation Matrix Reloaded
Wow, that's cool. I don't have plans for tabs on Matt's site, but this seems like something I might want to consider when I finally create 722WebDesign.

DigitalLife: Motorola MPx
I think I'm going to cry, Gizmodo says the MPx is bigger than he thought and seems awkward to use. Might move the Treo 650 and SMT 5600 up on the old lust list.

GTA San Andreas mulitplayer?
They seem pretty confident that there will be co-op aspects in the new Grand Theft Auto, but I really think they're taking some unfounded logical leaps to get there. Here's hoping.

More on TiVoToGo
Not a ton of new info from Gizmodo, but it's coming out Q4 this year and they also had this little tidbit to share:
One important point, though, is that the initial implementation will be copying files to laptops and burning DVDs of recorded shows, using Windows Media Player to manage the DRM and a certain DVD burning software.
I honestly think I had a dream about TiVoToGo last week. I'm weird, but I love me some TiVo.

Automatic shower cleaner
Currently I have to go through the absolutely grueling process of spraying the shower to keep it clean. With the new automatic shower cleaner from Scrubbing Bubbles, I could reduce my effort to the push of a button. Genius! (via Gizmodo)
