866-383-0986

March 29, 2006 at 06:24 PM

Don't answer any calls from (866) 383-0986.

I got a call from the number the other day but I never answer numbers I don't recognize. They didn't leave a message on my cell so I googled the number. Looks like it's some sort of scam simply to collect fax numbers from people which I'm sure they then sell off to someone else. Kind of common sense not to hand out any sort of personal info to strange phone numbers.

Six WordPress themes

Emire screenshot

Six really good WordPress themes from If..Else, I particularly like "Emire." Some great looking designs that don't look too much like templates and would work well for a variety of different weblogs. Great use of dark, deep colors.

Carlos Boozer suing Prince

March 23, 2006 at 08:40 PM

Utah Jazz forward Carlos Boozer is suing Prince for violating his $70,000 per month lease by painting the exterior of the [house] with purple striping, prince symbol, and numbers 3121. So odd. Who knew Boozer was such a real estate mogul?

The Ultimate getElementsByClassName

March 17, 2006 at 07:21 PM

Very useful JavaScript function I've used frequently at work. Makes you wonder why this isn't a built-in function since getElementsByTagName and getElementById are.

An Open Letter to the Occupants of a House on the Nintendo Game 'Paperboy.'

March 01, 2006 at 10:16 PM

Iam writing to apologize for causing damage to your property on "Tuesday," when the newspapers I was attempting to deliver accidentally broke two of your windows, overturned your garbage cans, and, most despicably, unearthed a gravestone in your front lawn. The extremely hazardous and fast-paced sidewalk of the street you live on made my adrenaline jolt, and I had no choice but to pedal away, narrowly avoiding a tornado, the Grim Reaper, and that breakdancer who hangs around your house. I'm not sure if he's identified himself as a witness to the vandalism yet, but regardless, I am sorry.
