The Couch-to-5K Running Plan
It's awfully complicated and starts off pretty easy, but it might be something I can do before work in the mornings.

I've just started the Couch to 5K running plan... and trust me, I am NOT a runner in any sense of the word. My friends and family burst out into (predictable) laughter when I told them I was considering running a 5K race.
Anyway, I figure that Couch to 5K is my best bet. I'm in week 3, where I start to do even amounts of running and walking. (wish me luck!)
Hope to hear how your routine is going.
Best of luck,
Monica
