I freaking hate pigeons and think they're disgusting and dirty, something tells me this kid will not be their biggest fans when she's older either.

I suppose some people could say that you are disgusting and dirty as well, probably more so than any pigeon. I gather there is a lot of truth in the expression "People who hate pigeons are people who hate life".
As for the little Japanese kid, I don't see pigeons biting him, tearing his clothes or doing the things that pitbulls regularly do to children without so much as a whimper from people like you.
