The Notebook T-Shirt

Pretty damn amusing shirt, and it's true too! Though Rachel McAdams has a lot to do with my interest in the movie.

Denon AVR-2307CI Receiver
Beautiful A/V receiver from Denon featuring iPod integration and more importantly for me it has 2 HDMI and 3 component inputs. Something my receiver certainly can't do: it upconverts all video signals (S-video, component, etc.) and sends them to the TV via the HDMI connection.
Can't wait for units with this this feature set to come down into my price range ($350 - $500).

HTC Tornado

Really fantastic looking successor to the Audiovox SMT 5600 that I never got. I'm sure by the next time I need a new phone (Christmas 2006 maybe?) it'll be here in the US and decently priced.

flexDock mini

I've been interested in some sort of car charger/dock/stand for my iPod mini since I originally saw the Belkin TuneBase at iPodlounge. Ten Technology's flexDock is essentially but I've actually seen it in stores (I've only seen the FM-version of the TuneBase) and it got a better review.
It doesn't sound like the audio quality of the cassette player is too great, but I still have my iTrip mini if I need to use it.
I need to refrain from buying this so people have something to buy for my birthday in July.

Canon SD400

I've been wanting an easier to use and more pocketable camera to compliment my HP945 for a while now. The Canon SD500 got a great review from PC Magazine but I don't really need/want to pay the extra $100 just to bump up to 7 megapixels. The SD400 is however slightly smaller so that's good.
I won't be wishing for it much longer, I saw a deal on CheapStingyBastard yesterday at Dell and jumped on it. I got it for $340 instead of the MSRP of $400. Of course last night I saw it for $310 and then this morning I saw the SD500 for only $385. I need to stay off that site for a while so I don't have to watch the price go any lower.

God of War
The last thing I need is more games, but God of War seems really awesome. It's getting very high nines everywhere.

Bayside Tigers t-shirt

I've been buying way too many shirts lately, but this one is pretty damn cool. I wonder how legal it is. What are the copyright rules for fictitious high schools attended by actors who are close to thirty?

Motorola 3 MP cameraphone
The Motorola E1120 is a very nice looking candy-bar style cell phone with a whopping three megapixel camera built-in. Looks like something that would a perfect compliment to a more professional digital camera. Use this for quick impromptu shots so you don't have to take the fancy one everywhere.
Sure would be nice to have a cameraphone that didn't blow.
Should be out by Christmas 2005. Wink wink.

Star Wars Empire at War

I really would love an awesome RTS based on Star Wars. Empire at War looks like it may be pretty cool, graphics definitely look great. I'll definitely be taking a look at this and Republic Commando.

Resident Evil 4

I loved Resident Evil 2 way back in the day but haven't played one since. Resident Evil 4 looks like a game that'll get me back into the series. It got an absolutely glowing review from IGN and it seems awesome. It's got great looking graphics and it sounds like the control mechanism has finally been updated.
Definitely something I'll pick up once I get my GameCube back from Matt.

Slingbox Personal Broadcaster
Pretty cool item that'll let you stream and view TV from your cable, satellite or DVR box on any computer with a high-speed internet connection. So in other words, you can watch your home TV from anywhere and with no service fees. Way cool.

Beyond Bread Maker
The attached scanning wand automatically programs the bread maker to prepare bread and cake mixes according to the package instructions simply by scanning the UPC code.
Perfect for the giant gadget geek I am, a break maker that knows how to bake the bread for you. Genius.

A Westie puppy

Okay, Christina and I want one of these in the worst way. We've been wanting a white little puppy to go along with Reesey. Not too soon, but maybe the next time we move. (A year and a half from now?)
Aren't they adorable, it would be a perfect little sister for Reesey. Perfect size and temperament.

Hot Diggity Dogger

It's like a toaster, but especially for hot dogs and their buns. Brilliant! (via Gizmodo)
Update: Apparently this thing is a big pile of dung. Don't buy it for me unless you have money to burn and a personal vendetta against me.

OU 41 - TAMU 13
I can see Jason White throwing for 270+ yards while Adrian Peterson rushes for 120. A&M's secondary can't stop anyone, it'll be a field day for OU's offense. TAMU might score more than 13, but even if they do their defense still gets them blown out.
Damnit A&M is overrated. They get more credit for losing to Baylor than we do when we win a damn game.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

The last two installments of the Grand Theft Auto series are two of my favorite games of all time, but for some reason I never finished either one of them. I was a little late to the game with GTA III, but with Vice City I got it the day it came out but still my ADD ass managed to find something else to do before I finished it.
Grand Theft Auto is getting awesome reviews, but I just picked up Burnout 3. I'll probably hold off on it a little while till it's cheaper and I'm not playing anything else. Either way, I'm definitely playing this game soon.

XM Radio

I almost got Christina to get XM Radio for me last Christmas, and now I'm kinda wanting it again. The addition of Major League Baseball is a big plus and something that gives XM a few more points. Plus Delphi has released the new SkyFi 2 receiver that looks really sweet and can even pause and rewind live radio, pretty cool.
I really like the general concept and almost everything about it, except for the after-market implementation. You end up with wires and crap all over your car and it just looks like crap. Maybe I'll hold off till my next car and get it factory installed.

Nintendo DS

Okay, so I don't really want one at all. In fact it seems kind of lame to me, and the Gameboy Advance SP seems to make a lot more sense.
I've pre-ordered two already.
Why? Hopefully to make a little profit off the deal. Many people (including Nintendo) are expecting shortages of the DS during the Christmas season. So I pre-ordered one each from EBGames.com and Gamestop.com and hopefully I'll either get both in time to sell at an inflated price, or I can always return them if there's no shortage, or sell them at actual price. We'll see.

Audiovox SMT 5600

Here's another Pocket PC phone, this one's much smaller than the other options. Pretty good looking and is getting good reviews despite my reservations about the Audiovox brand. It is after all just rebranded with that name here in the US.

Paper Mario 2

I loved Super Mario RPG a hundred years ago when I played it, but had long moved on from the N64 when the original Paper Mario was released.
I haven't played my GameCube in probably a year, hell I haven't even seen it. I lent it to my brother and haven't asked for it back. This game may be something I talk him into buying so I can eventually play it.
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door looks pretty damn cool, here's the IGN and GameSpot reviews.

Treo 650
I change which phone/PDA I'm oogling pretty much on a weekly basis, mainly because new cool shit comes out on a weekly basis. The Treo 650 has been the object of my affection for a while now, a great looking phone running the Palm OS. Plus it's the second in the line so they should have most of the kinks worked out by now.
I'm still lusting after the Motorola MPx, I'll have to wait to see/use them in person to decide which (if either) I might get.

Medusa PVR
Yeah I've got TiVo and a ATI All-in-Wonder in my PC, but what fun is that when you can build a monster PVR with SIX tuners? Snapstream has released it's new software, BeyondTV 3.5, and to coincide built a relatively cheap PC with six TV tuners. Pretty cool. (via PVRBlog)

TivoToGo
TiVoToGo allows you to take recordings off your TiVo and put them onto your PC. From there you can watch the show or even burn it to DVD.
This has become less of an issue since I reinstalled my ATI All-In-Wonder card in my PC, but I just really would love to at least have the option. And yes I know there's about a bazillion ways to do this already out there, but for some reason I have no urge to modify my TiVo box.
Of course TiVo is the FCC's bitch so it took forever to get approval and now the service will require special software as well as that fugly USB dongle thing pictured in this post.

In-ear headphones
I mostly use my iPod mini when I'm working out, but I've been wanting some higher quality headphones to use at other times. I'm interested in the better sound, but also just not using the same headphones I sweat on.
I'd prefer them to be white, because what's the point of having an iPod f no one knows it? Apple makes a decent pair, but they're not great quality and a little overpriced. (Apple product overpriced? Shocking I know.)

The Sims 2

I played the hell out of SimCity series since the very first one. I even played SimTower and SimIsle, with a little SimEarth mixed in. Maybe some other ones too. However, the first The Sims was a game that had literally zero interest in. I played and I liked it, about 3 years after everyone else did.
The new Sims 2 for the PC is a game I'm really interested in. Graphics look great, gameplay should be improved. Sounds good to me. IGN gave it a 9.4 and an 8.9 from GameSpot.

Fable

Much hyped and much anticipated RPG for the Xbox. Looks really interesting, definitely a game I'll be picking up when I'm done with NCAA/Madden/Tiger Woods. IGN gives it a 9.3 and it gets a 8.6 from GameSpot.

Motorola MPx

This is a damn sweet little phone. Okay, it's not so little but that's because it's got so much packed into it. Supposedly it's coming out this Christmas season, but I probably won't need one then. Damnit!
I am really interested in some sort of phone/PDA hybrid because I like having a PDA but hate carrying it around. This is a good solution for me.
