I loved Resident Evil 2 way back in the day but haven't played one since. Resident Evil 4 looks like a game that'll get me back into the series. It got an absolutely glowing review from IGN and it seems awesome. It's got great looking graphics and it sounds like the control mechanism has finally been updated.

Definitely something I'll pick up once I get my GameCube back from Matt.

This game is really awesome. The Enemies (I would say zombies but that is not what they are this time) are much smarter. Some of em have weapons, such as Axes, Pitchforks and even Chainsaws. If I was to rate this game it would probably be a 11/10, however it is really challenging. there is not a problem with ammo like the previous RE games tho because you can win them from opponents. If you enjoy this game try Timesplitters or Dino Crisis

I love this game. I have never really like "scary" games before but this one is awsome. I rented it for 5 days at Blockbuster and got to chapter 4-3 before I had to return it. I am not sure how many chapters there are in this game but I think that I did ok for the first time ever playing a Resident Evil Game.

Yes I finally beat it. I have to say that the hardest part of this game was when you had to fight Kruser. The last boss was sort of disappointing, Saddler was way to easy. I love this game. It is the most amazing game that I have ever played hands down. I would really like to know about more games that are similar to RE4 in game play.

i loved this resident evil title ive always loved scarey movies but this one is great i am amazed playing it on the ps2 but im more amazed with the gamecube verision in the gamecube version its got much better grathics its much more scarier and the music is strong the monsters looked more evil.and on the ps2 version they have downgraded the grathics a lot but still a good game the best in the resident evil series its even won game of the year and its sold 3 million copies i love it.

Chris, everything I've read actually says the PS2 version is pretty darn graphically. Not as good as on the Gamecube, but holds it's own pretty well.
