Pat Green - Lucky Ones
Read my full review!
I downloaded it off of BitTorrent the day before yesterday. Don't worry, I had already preordered from PatGreen.com too.
Definitely a must have album for any Pat Green fan and by far his best one since signing a Nashville record deal. The album comes out officially on October 19th.

Nintendo DS
Okay, so I don't really want one at all. In fact it seems kind of lame to me, and the Gameboy Advance SP seems to make a lot more sense.
I've pre-ordered two already.
Why? Hopefully to make a little profit off the deal. Many people (including Nintendo) are expecting shortages of the DS during the Christmas season. So I pre-ordered one each from EBGames.com and Gamestop.com and hopefully I'll either get both in time to sell at an inflated price, or I can always return them if there's no shortage, or sell them at actual price. We'll see.

Audiovox SMT 5600
Here's another Pocket PC phone, this one's much smaller than the other options. Pretty good looking and is getting good reviews despite my reservations about the Audiovox brand. It is after all just rebranded with that name here in the US.

Paper Mario 2
I loved Super Mario RPG a hundred years ago when I played it, but had long moved on from the N64 when the original Paper Mario was released.
I haven't played my GameCube in probably a year, hell I haven't even seen it. I lent it to my brother and haven't asked for it back. This game may be something I talk him into buying so I can eventually play it.
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door looks pretty damn cool, here's the IGN and GameSpot reviews.

Treo 650
I change which phone/PDA I'm oogling pretty much on a weekly basis, mainly because new cool shit comes out on a weekly basis. The Treo 650 has been the object of my affection for a while now, a great looking phone running the Palm OS. Plus it's the second in the line so they should have most of the kinks worked out by now.
I'm still lusting after the Motorola MPx, I'll have to wait to see/use them in person to decide which (if either) I might get.

Medusa PVR
Yeah I've got TiVo and a ATI All-in-Wonder in my PC, but what fun is that when you can build a monster PVR with SIX tuners? Snapstream has released it's new software, BeyondTV 3.5, and to coincide built a relatively cheap PC with six TV tuners. Pretty cool. (via PVRBlog)

Astros vs. Braves - Game 2
Freaking TiVo screwed up my recording. Damn you TiVo!! How dare you betray me? I thought you and I had something special together.
I got home from work and had to watch the game live (*shudders*), it was already the fifth inning.
Braves are down 2 - 1 in the 7th. Furcal just screwed up and got thrown out at home. Damnit!

The Prince and Me
Ehhhhhh... At least it didn't kill me.
Get it from Amazon.com!
Christina wanted to watch Mean Girls but the office doesn't have it in their collection yet. This one was sitting on the front desk and it looked girly, so I thought it would be a perfectly craptacular replacement.
The movie was okay, lame and emasculating, but not horrible. I don't like Julia Stiles, I don't find her attractive at all. And the dude was a bit of a weiner. Story had it's moments and although the ending was predictable, not all of the story twists were.

Astros vs. Braves - Game 1
I really don't know who I'm rooting for in this one. I've loved the Braves since I was a little kid, but Lance Berkman plays for Astros. The Braves would definitely be considered a dynasty if they win another World Series, but Houston has never won a postseason series in franchise series. Tough call.
I'd rather have them both win a series before having to play each other, but at least this way one of them has to win. As long as Lance plays well I'll probably be able to be happy for either team.
Oh, and I TiVo'd it so don't tell me who won damnit!

Is it really too much to ask for?

TivoToGo
TiVoToGo allows you to take recordings off your TiVo and put them onto your PC. From there you can watch the show or even burn it to DVD.
This has become less of an issue since I reinstalled my ATI All-In-Wonder card in my PC, but I just really would love to at least have the option. And yes I know there's about a bazillion ways to do this already out there, but for some reason I have no urge to modify my TiVo box.
Of course TiVo is the FCC's bitch so it took forever to get approval and now the service will require special software as well as that fugly USB dongle thing pictured in this post.

Runaway Jury
Get it from Amazon.com!
Pretty good movie. Man, I really like John Cusack and almost every movie he's been in. His old stuff (like Say Anything) and his new stuff (Serendipity) are both great, with the crap in between not so much.
Good movie for those who like court room dramas or Cusack or Gene Hackman. Interesting story that hasn't been covered a thousand times, and an actually unexpected plot twist near the end.

SXSW interactive
I've been wanting to go to SXSWi pretty much since I first heard about it from Dave Shea. After seeing the long list of speakers, I plunked down the cash and signed up last month. Should be fun!
