Orange Bowl halftime
Wow, that was pretty painful.
The Orange Bowl halftime show consisted of Kelly Clarkson, Trace Adkins, and Ashlee Simpson. Clarkson was decent aside for one moment when someone in her band decided they should sing louder than she was, it sounded like me singing. Adkins is just a poor man's Toby Keith, which is pretty pathetic. Keith was even at the game because he's a redneck Sooner fan and they couldn't get him.
The best part of all was Simpson being her crappy self. She is awful. She just kind of yelled crappily and danced around for 2 minutes, plus she's wearing a cape and looks like she put on fifteen pounds. The crowd boo'd her loudly when she was done.

In my opinion, Toby is the one that needs the help. Trace and his management group are the creative ones. Toby is the one that mimicks and copies everyone simply because he cannot come up with anything original. I am sure that the Orange Bowl committee, of which I know several people on that, was well aware that Toby was going to be there, yet they chose Trace and what a wise choice that was!! If not for Toby's connections with MTV, he would not be in the position he is in now, rest assured!!

Thank you girls for your intelligent opinions, this post wasn't even about him. It was actually more of a shot at Toby Keith and a reference to their fame, not their talent.

Ok there are some people who just plain are not music IE-Jessica & Ashlee Simpson, N'Sync, Backstreet Boys, O Town, 98 Degrees, Mandy More, and of course Britney Spears. And well when you put them in a have time show it turns out to be just plain pothetic and not worth anything. That's why MTV only got to do 2 super bowl halftime shows. First one should have been Aerosmith, Limp, RUN DMC and Kid Rock instead of Aerosmith, Nelly (Well I guess he could stay since he is considered music), Britney "I'm Not A Slut" Spears & of course the true fag fest N'Sync. And well as for the second one all they had to do was leave out Justin I'm Gay Timberlake. And of course with the Oringe Bowl have time show all they had to do was leave out Ashlee Simpson I mean come on lets face it the woman was caught lip sinking just like Milli Vinelli.
