Terrifying and intriguing

The new M3Power razor by Gillete is both scary as hell and cool at the same time. Everthing else I own has batteries, I guess my razor can too. But it kinda disturbs me that those three sharp blades are vibrating and I'm supposed to be touching my face with this. I've had trouble finding out exactly how the damn thing works, even from Gillete's website. Gizmodo mentions a review of the thing that says it doesn't shave any closer, but makes shaving quicker. I've got to at least try it out.
