Interesting article that I finally read after seeing links to it on Gizmodo and A Whole Lotta Nothing. I figured everyone else is reading/linking to it, so I should too. The CNet News article by Declan McCullagh discusses whether the Federal Communications Commission is or ever was necessary. He complains about overregulation and censorship. Interesting stuff.
