What does John Kerry stand for?

I've got no idea what John Kerry's opinion on anything is. Does he have plans for this country? Does anyone know what they are?
Everything out of his mouth is "Bush did this wrong" or "I wouldn't have done it that way," but I've never heard him say "We should do it this way."
Does he have any clue what he's going to do if he actually wins the damn thing?
