You think you've seen it all...
Wow, that was weird. I'm watching the Braves at the Colorado Rockies game and the weirdest play just happened. There was a foul pop on the third base side and Rockies' third baseman Vinny Castilla heads over to the edge of the stands to try to catch it. He reaches over and makes a great catch in the stands, but before the umpire notices he has the ball an idiot Rockies fan reaches and steals the ball out of his glove. The fan had this werd pissed look on his face, which turned quickly to a look of confusion. I've never seen a fan steal a ball like that.
Another great foul ball moment just now. Long foul ball, Braves fan makes a great grab using his cap. The Braves announcers are commenting on the great catch when the camera shows the guy's VERY hot date, and without breaking stride the announcers point out he's had two great catches tonight. The TBS announcers are another reason I love the Braves.
