Review: Catch Me If You Can

Catch Me If You Can

Watched Catch Me If You Can last night and I was really surprised by the movie. It looked interesting but I never had much urge to see it and I didn't think it was going to be great. It was pretty good though, real interesting story and plot twists.

Leonardo DiCaprio (Frank Abagnale Jr.) did a really good job and Tom Hanks (Carl Hanratty) was excellent as usual. The best part was probably the excellent character development, the movie really made you interested in learning more about them. You found yourself caring about the con man as well as the FBI agent chasing him. Christopher Walken (Frank Abagnale Sr.) is really creepy though, and I'm not sure he was supposed to come off like that in this movie. He can't help but be odd and I think he came off more psychotic than he was supposed to.

Rating: 4.5/5

Overall a really great movie that was entertaining, humorous, and even heart-felt. I would definitely recommend it if you haven't seen it.
