Is using ChatGPT to learn web dev a bad thing?

When I was learning webdev in the 2000s you could view source and copy paste pretty much anything. Learning by emulating is perfectly normal part of the process.

Post text: I feel like the worry about "copy/paste" Junior devs building off of Chat GPT is momumentally offset by Junior Devs learning basic Computer Science by interacting with Chat GPT. Speaking for myself, a designer who is perpetually a Junior Dev, I've learned so much in the last year because I had someone to ask questions of. This is a muuuuch better world than me copy/pasting something from Stack Overflow, because I can ask more basic questions about what the snippets do along the way.
